Zanellini company wants to achieve the new market segments at one condition only: keeping its high quality standard.  In this case its dynamic character is not supported by the image created by the mass-media; it depends on the products which are appreciated by each single customer.
This is the challenge: the final consumer, that's to say each family, is the judge.

The company policy is to control everything.  Inside the premises, in a special laboratory, the experts carry out tests on the finished products and on the raw materials, in order to verify the quality continuously.  Also the cooking stage tests and the analysis on each production lot are constant.  Furthermore, the quality manual HCCP is already operative in order to give the customers the best guarantee.
Some precise rules must be followed just to check all the production stages; all the rules must be constantly respected in order to get a high quality level and to avoid any possible problem and/or interference which may decrease the quality level of its pasta.
Zanellini pasta factory is working this way to keep the confidence of the consumers, with just one mission: keeping high standard quality because pasta is synonim of health and healthy nutrition.
