ZANELLINI PASTA FACTORY TODAY
Production Capacity: 75,000 Kg of dried pasta a day.
The Mill: it produces 100,000 Kg of durum wheat a day.
Production Lines: 5, either for egg-pasta and wheat flour pasta in order to satisfy the
different market requests (long, short, small pasta and noodle "nidi"). |

Employees: 50 junior and senior employees operate inside the factory; their
professional character guarantees the traditional Zanellini's efficiency.
ZANELLINI PASTA FACTORY TOMORROW
Factory: an area of 15,000 square meters, 7,000 of covered area.
When the new structure is ready the ISO 9002 application will become operative.
Investments: a new factory of 3,000 sq. meters will be built. Two new lines with
capacity of 3,500 Kg a day will be installed, one to produce egg-pasta and the other for
spaghetti. Considering the amazing success with the consumers, a new line of egg
noodle "nidi" has been studied including the use of traditional frames used for
the traditional Italian home-made pasta. |
