Zanellini is still a historical company of Mantua.This trade mark is successful since 1915,  with its pasta, produced with the best durum wheat varieties mixed with pure water and first choice eggs with no additive compounds and excluding colouring materials.
In the premises situated in "Borgo Angeli" (Mantua) we find all the production stages: the raw material (durum wheat) comes in and the whole range of pasta requested by the market goes out.  
Then the pasta is shipped for being distributed all over ther world.

The current factory was built in the period 1955/1960 with a mill which is perfectly functional today; its milling capacity is 100,000 Kg a day.
