This company owns a complete production line thanks to the mill.  We can speak about a complete producing unit: from the raw material to the final product.

On the basis of a complete production cycle, the production aims at the max. assortment of products according to the several market needs.
This company can even follow the different wheat cultivation stages with the seeds selection organized by the Zanellini technicians
and the storage in its own silos which can receive up to 2,500,000 Kg of wheat a day.
Another important point concerns the pasta production respecting times and temperatures in order to keep the nutritional value and the taste.  That's to say that quality is not neglected in favour of quantity!
